Ultra-high strength alsi composites
Our company based on powder metallurgy method to prepare ultra-high strength silicon aluminum composite materials, through the use of powder metallurgy in the process of dispersion strengthening, fine crystal strengthening and adding silica-based reinforcement particles to improve the strength, elastic modulus and other properties of the alloy. The prepared alloy ingot can be made into various semi-finished products and finished products by the traditional metal processing technology such as extrusion, forging and spinning, just like the conventional aluminum alloy ingot. Compared with conventional aluminum alloy materials, the strength and elastic modulus of ultrahigh strength Si-Al composite materials can be increased by 15-50% and 20-55%. In addition, the series of materials have good wear resistance, fatigue performance and corrosion resistance, extrusion, forging and welding, suitable for the demand for lightweight industry.
